Academy
Overview
For any company to ensure they have the best quality staff there must be an investment in training and development. ORS have established their own Academy to train underwriters.
It is an intensive programme covering the fundamentals of insurance, product types, mortality & morbidity and all aspects of underwriting including common diseases and disabilities.
Case studies and assignments provide confirmation of individuals progress through the scheme. The ongoing process of training is furthered by our Continuous Education Programme which provides up-to-date information on relevant topics.
