Mary Randell
Head of Underwriting
Mary began her underwriting career in 1973 with Head of Underwriting Prudential.
She has also been involved in setting claims philosophy and, more recently has set up the underwriting team for Royal Liver’s ‘Straight Through Processing’ & Teleunderwriting model. Mary joined Otter in March 2003 and moved to her current role as Head of Underwriting in July 2005.
