Overview

A well-understood and well-publicised claims philosophy influences the climate and mindset so that Assessors  feel comfortable and confident enough to challenge any aspect of a claim in an objective and non-confrontational way, thus ensuring the correct assessment is made first time, every time.

Developing a claims philosophy within the Claims can deliver a number of benefits, including:
